After a few days of much needed rest I am back with NBA picks maybe the rest will help my record.

Ok we get back on the winning track today

I am looking at the under in the LA/ Dallas game ... under 205... on the outside it may look like this game goes over the total with two high powered offenses. That is exactly what the linemakers want you to think. We are not buying it.

Lakers play pretty good defense and I think they beat up on Dallas pretty good, my prediction is 106-94 Lakers.

Ok we are going with aganist team that has been on the road for awhile. The Bucks are back at home but they have been on a long road trip. The Knicks just made a trade of Jamal Crawford but I am not sure this really makes that much difference. Knicks are playing better and I like going with a fresh team vs a team that has been on the road for awhile.

I hate going against the Lakers but they are coming off a game last night and Denver comes to town with a new Pt Guard. Denver has improved and they have the guns to run with LA.

I like Denver as a 8 pt dog.

Guys I went 1-1 with my NBA picks last nite bringing my record to (  5 - 13 )

I am going with the Clippers - 1 tonight and Utah - 10.

Don't have much time for a write up... Utah is better then the Bucks and they can guard them at every position. Clippers are better then people think and should be able to beat the Thunder.

Got two NBA pick on Tuesday. ( 4 - 12 ) overall

Guys I am going with the over and side in the Golden State - Portland game. Golden State can't stop anyone and they love to shoot quick and score. On the other side Portland also has scorers and play " D ". I look for this game to go over the total and also really like Portland in this game.

I am going to take Boston on road tonight in Milwaukee. Boston will look to get back on track against the Bucks tonight after their first loss at home against Denver. Milwaukee just doesn't have enough to stay with them. Boston will crush Milwaukee tonight. Again what the hell do I know I am 4 -11.

Ok I am going with the marquee match up tonight.  Take New orleans tonite as + 2 dog. The Lakers just played last nite and was in a dog fight with Dallas. For N.O this is much bigger game then it is for LA ... they want to put there stamp as a team that can compete for a NBA title and more importantly can compete with LA.

Ok tonite we like the under in the NY Knicks game... SA will try to slow it down and might have to do so if they don't have healthy Tony Parker. You also always have to like the way SA plays defense and that should frustrate a finese NY Knicks team.

I look for the game to go under the total and get back on the winning side of things.

Last night the NBA game started out good for us but Houston laid a egg in the second half. ( 3 - 9 overall )

I am going with the improved Pacers  -10.5 against a terrible Oklahoma team. I like the Pacers to cover a big spread. The spread is big for a reason and we will go with what the line makers are telling us.

Got back on the winning side of thing last night with a easy winner Phoenix  - 5. This brings my record to ( 3 - 8 )

Again not good but there is allot season left.

Today we are going with the Houston Rockets on the road against the LA Lakers. The Lakers line from this point will be inflated just because they are the Lakers and the line makers know they will play on that side no matter what the line is. Having said all that the Rockets have something to prove in this game and I look for them to cover the line and maybe win outright.

Guys I just don't get it.... up 28 at halftime and get out scored by 20 in the second half at home...man that sucks. Well that is the way the cookie crumbles. ( 2 - 8 ) Not Good !

Tonight I am taking the Phoenix Suns - 5... they got creamed the other night so think they will be ready to play and it is a small number so we will go with it.
